1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any services provided by 89hp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 89hp platform.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To use the 89hp platform, you must create a user account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact phone number, and email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Each Player is permitted to register only one (1) account with 89hp. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. If 89hp detects duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all related accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any funds or winnings associated with those accounts.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify 89hp immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 89hp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Funding Your Account

89hp accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other electronic wallets as specified on the platform. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected. Before processing a withdrawal, 89hp reserves the right to conduct identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks, which may include requesting copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Your withdrawal request may be delayed or denied if you fail to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

3.3 Wagering Requirements and Bonus Terms

If you have accepted any bonus, promotion, or free bet offer from 89hp, your deposited funds and bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must bet before bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are disclosed in the terms of each individual promotion.

You may not withdraw deposited funds until you have met any applicable wagering requirements or forfeited the associated bonus. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through suspicious betting patterns, bet hedging, or exploitation of game features may result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and your entire account balance.

4. Betting Rules and Gameplay

4.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the 89hp platform are governed by these Terms, the specific rules of the game or event on which the bet is placed, and the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be canceled, amended, or withdrawn except in cases where 89hp, in its sole discretion, determines that a technical error or obvious mistake has occurred.

You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details, including stake amount, selection, and odds, are correct before confirming your bet. 89hp is not responsible for errors made by the Player when placing bets.

4.2 Game Outcomes and Dispute Resolution

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games and sports betting, by the actual result of the event. 89hp does not control, influence, or manipulate game outcomes. All RNG software used on the 89hp platform is independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party auditors.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome, bet settlement, or account balance, you must contact 89hp customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed transaction. Disputes submitted after this timeframe may not be considered. 89hp will review all disputes in good faith and render a final decision based on available evidence, including server logs, game records, and transaction history. 89hp's decision on disputes is final and binding.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89hp platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotional offers;

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including but not limited to bet manipulation, card counting in live games, or synchronizing bets with other players;
• Depositing funds from stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider after losing bets;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 89hp staff or other players;
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and legal action where appropriate.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Promotional Terms

10. Account Suspension and Termination

89hp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, if we believe in good faith that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any associated services. If your account is terminated for cause, 89hp may, in its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining balance, bonuses, or winnings in your account. If your account is terminated without cause, we will return any remaining withdrawable balance to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, you will be able to withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to verification and any applicable wagering requirements.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
